I could have had two pizza deliverys by the time I got my food. Freaky fast my a$$. This is the 2nd time and last
The food is great but the people who deliver often short me on change, today was especially bad, as the woman who delivered my food showed up late and gave me incorrect change(I gave her a 20, my food was 7.50 she gave me 10) and she was hurrying out of my gate by the time the money had hit my hand and I had realized I was shorted. I think I'll be finding an alternative for days when I want to splurge and eat out for lunch.
First visit and messed up my order. I called in and they acted like I was a bad person for wanting what I paid for. They said I could come in the next day but after all that I'll just go somewhere else.
Slow service. Probably time for a faster crew
This location did not serve a soccer team based on the 30 girls that came in. Instead they rudely remarked something along the lines of "not being happy we were there". Very poor customer service! But luckily enough the Subway down the road was pleased to serve us even with only 1 person working the counter. Will be telling all my fellow OWU students that if you want good food and even better customer service that Subway down the road will fulfill that.
