The sites themselves were small, but separated by trees.

It's good and fun camping. You get the convince of a bathroom and a shower. Real camping doesn't have that, but the prices are very reasonable compared to others. Never had a problem with nosey neighbor's, thank God. Everyone seems to camper or use an RV. So I'm thankful we have not got the guy with the loud tv next to us, yet. Most of the sites are nice. But if you want a really good one, go early in the day. And if it is a holiday weekend, you better reserve your spot months in advance. They fill fast because they are nice, good, quiet, clean and cheap!
Bathrooms were dirty - please continue to clean them up even in the middle of the week.
Showers and other necessary facilities need cleaning and are in horrific shape. So sad compared to other state parks we have visited.
The camp sites are good. The bathrooms and showers suck. Old, look dirty. I think they haven't been updated for 20 years. Shower curtains have mold on them and dirty. 1 of 3 showers in section "G" doesn't work. There is a low hanging tree limb between g2 and g4 that campers are hitting. I saw two tall campers damage running lights, a satellite dish and sky light. I told the camp host in section g and nobody did anything. On a positive note the roads are nicely paved.
I enjoy these campsites. The girls behind the counter were friendly and accommodating, but we came on a Wednesday afternoon - we were the only people around.
Midweek, the campground was relatively quiet and just what we needed.
