Friendly staff, I ordered a ratchet that never got delivered, staff said "eh, it happens".
expensive prices compared to other places for the same products... not helpful staff, kind of pushy for the sears card. I wont be coming to this location.
Horrible experience! Purchased a freezer from Matt. Freezer was delivered a day after we were told it would be delivered. Unit was scratched and dented. Rattling noise from the back of Unit. Called to have unit replaced or repaired. They offered a repair but repair company never showed up TWICE. Called Sears 800 number and no repair was ever scheduled, instead the store had scheduled a delivery of a new refrigerator for the upcoming week. The staff of this store is incompetent, stupid or just don't care.....or all three. Please do not buy Kenmore or Sears products. Horrible horrible service!
