I just moved here and after reading the reviews made an appointment in early September. I specifically asked for a wash, cut and blow dry. To me, this means drying my hair with a blow dryer with a curling iron. The cut wasn't too bad, although I was never asked if it was looking the way I wanted. But imagine my surprise when I was placed under a hair dryer for my hair to dry. I thought I was clear in what I wanted. Next time I went back to my old hairdresser 2 hours away.
I came in to get my hair curled for family pictures. I was able to make an appointment with only a week's notice, and I loved the way my hair turned out! Chelsea explained everything she was going to do and told me how to keep my style looking it's best once I left the salon. I'll definitely be back!
No parking. Hair cut way too short. Can't get a small curling iron around it.☹️ Cut was nicely done just way too short.
Hours are listed as opening at 12 tried to go at 12:45 and doors were locked but lights were on so i tried calling-after 2 rings it went to voicemail as if it was a cell phone that ignored the call. Dont waste your time driving here. You wont get in.
A long overdue review...I came to this place only once two years ago. It was my first time getting my hair colored and was very nervous and anxious. But the staff was truly over the top. Very kind, professional, and gave great advice! I made the mistake of not going there my second time and trying a different place in Polaris that charged way more for the same style. I don’t remember much about the staff friendliness (If it wasn’t great I would’ve remembered so I’m guessing it was alright) but the owner who did my consultation was amazing (or I think he was the owner). I’m planning to get my hair done again and thought of this gem close to home and decided to leave a review. Definitely plan on updating with my next hopefully great experience.
