I am a otr truck driver-- my dental problem started xmas eve,I live in FLA so I was stuck--called Aspen Tues morning,lady I spoke to was very helpful & set me up with same day appointment---when I got to the office everyone was so helpful, courteous and professional-- my problem is bad so I have to go back to complete process &I'm sure it will be handled the correct way---- I don't remember everyone's name but shout out to Jenny,she was GREAT--- the whole staff was GREAT
do not sign up for the credit card they are pushing on you they will take money out of it and if you have insurance that pays 100% of the procedure you will play hell trying to get your money back its been 7 months for me Iam paying on a credit for services I have not gotten I bent over for that and the money I paid into it just to protect my credit i made the payments FOR NOTHING DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THAT IT WILL GIVE THEM FULL REIGN AND THAT CREDIT COMPANY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR PROBLEM GET CREDIT FROM A LEGIT BANK
Possibly the worst dental experience ever. Scheduled a cleaning/tooth pain check for 1015. Arrived at 1000 and waited until 1045 to be seen. Xrays came first and the tech used the wrong mouthpieces causing the roof of the mouth to bleed before realizing the issue. After the Xray sat in a chair for another hour waiting on the dentist. The dentist came in looked at the xrays and said that the receptionist would go over everything with me. The Dr never faced me, never looked at my teeth other than an xray. Spoke with the receptionist and advised the service would be $2,000. The average cost for the service is between $250 and $980. When asked why the price was so high we were advised they factored in a electric toothbrush at $130. The same toothbrush sells at walmart for $79. We were told we could make it more cost effective if we bought extra heads and the whole family share the toothbrush. That will never happen and I can't believe it was even suggested. All in all 2 hours for a $2,000 estimate and the tooth that was hurting didn't even get looked at.

I have major anxiety and they were amazing. So understanding and didn't make me feel bad about neglecting my teeth. Dr. Dexter and Stephanie Peoples are the best and put me at ease. They took great care to make sure I was comfortable and experienced the least amount of pain possible.
