This location has been Superior for my family over the past 4-5 years! We started using the service when we had a car accident years ago and loved the service. We heard about special pricing they have in the winter months and we have been hooked ever since.
We have rented more than a couple of dozen vehicles here and the service is always top class. Our regular person was recently promoted to a larger location and the new team I met just a couple of weeks ago treated like we have been friends the whole time!
Car not ready as scheduled. They did not want to fix it quickly. Why do you have to act irritated before they take it seriously and fix it quickly? We were very patient and they were talking about us leaving and coming back later to pick it up. Once we got irritated they decided they could just clean the car they have there and let us roll. 40 minute delay. Not ideal but no big deal. We denied the pick up service because it is just a ride to their place to get the car you want, not a pick up to give you your car. Of course our car was scheduled for three hours late with pickup service. And the car's a mess. We'll go home and vacuum it. I'm glad we're renting for a repair and not vacation. Thank you, Enterprise!

Long time and quite frequent user of Enterprise. Had a reservation for an SUV for this location, woman calls day of and is rude and condescending telling us we need a major credit card to rent. Not a problem as our history would show. Also said we would not get the size requested and could not move up pick up time. We cancelled reservation because of her. Had no problem with another location, which is our normal experience with Enterprise. We will not use Delaware, ever.
