Great customer service. Knowledgeable staff that are willing to help with any questions you have. Decent selection of mods and rdas. Definitely need to do something about the tester tanks. They're junk! All of them leak when you use them and they don't taste anything like what they do in a quality tank. I would recommend bringing your RDA to test flavors cause you won't get any real results from the tanks they have. But overall quality shop. Could use some music playing to liven things up and create an atmosphere. Mod pricing is ok, definitely better pricing else where. Juice prices are about standard.
I used to like it. The staff is nice. It is good for kids. Adults aren't their target market. After the new laws, I stopped going to this place. There are much better stores that can accommodate you better. They want to tell you "no" and it irritates me.

But the cons are the very limited selection. It’s not bad but you won’t always find exactly what you’re looking for here. I buy 95% of my coils and juice here however
